Fairy Godmothers, Inc. a Hatboro, PA based non-profit 501C(3) organization that collects gently used and new prom gowns, shoes and accessories to be distributed through its Prom Fair program.

Fairy Godmothers, Inc. held its Prom Fair’s starting the weekend of March 10th until the weekend of March 22nd at The Cheltenham Square Mall in Philadelphia.  This location was the best for us as the girls had easy access to it.  Even with the early snowstorm we had a very successful event.  Our heart felt thanks go to the management and many venders of the Mall; especially to Joy Day-Stevens, her help was never ending.
We are pleased to announce the results of this event.  Because of the support of so many companies and individuals we were able to make many young ladies feel like princesses and make their dreams of attending their prom come true.  The organization distributed 1130 Gowns, over 3025 pieces of accessories i.e. evening bags, shawls, jewelry and cosmetics.  Many of the accessories were donated but more were purchased by Fairy Godmothers as we DO NOT have sponsorship on these items.  Therefore we are desperately looking for sponsorships.

We are excited with the results of this year’s event. Once again, we are very appreciative of all the help and support we have received throughout the year from both our corporate and individual sponsors. A special thank you goes to all of our many (125) volunteers.  We could not have met this goal with out their help.
Also a special thank you to Michael from Mac cosmetics.  This year Black Tie of Walnut St. in Philadelphia partnered with Barons of Cheltenham Mall to offer over 200 certificates for a 50% off Tuxedo rental for our Prince Charming’
