One thing you should remember when it comes to this diet – you are not eating much food. It presupposes that you will be restricted to the number of meals you are about to take on a daily basis. You need to eat only two meals – lunch and then, dinner.


Each meal you need to have one of the following: fruit, bread, vegetable, and protein. Your meal should be complete with this four. When it comes to cooking the protein, you can only grill or broil shrimp, crab, lobster, white fish, chicken breast and beef. You must avoid at all times protein that has visible fat on them. Do not eat pickled or dried fish, eel, tuna, and salmon.


As for vegetables, you can choose from the following: cabbage, asparagus, cucumbers, red radish, onions, fennel, celery, tomatoes, green salad, spinach and beet greens among others.


When it comes to fruits, you can go for 1/2 grapefruit, strawberries (handful), apple or orange.


As for bread, you will eat only one breadstick.


When it comes to taking in liquids, you can drink as much coffee, water, or tea as you desire. When it comes to milk, you are allowed to take in only 1 tbsp of milk on a daily basis.


Say goodbye to oils and butter. They are not allowed when you are following this diet.


Apart from what constitutes the diet as mentioned, you are also going to take in HCG drops. This will assist you in losing the weight off from your body. It suppresses your appetite. Thus, you will no longer have the appetite to eat as much food as you can unlike before.
